Out of the concern of security, many offline exhibitions and oversea customer visit work cannot go ahead as scheduled. Smart as Telpo is, it adopted some innovative methods to help partners keep abreast of the latest company and product conditions, including hold webinar, live broadcast and online Intelligent Hardware Summit Forum. And Telpo also positively took part in the online exhibition of Seamless Middle East and ID4Africa as online exhibitor to enter a virtual exhibition era.
In this way, Telpo general manager, sales director, senior sales manager, product director and product manager respectively shared their perspective in the matters of epidemic prevention, contactless payment, new retail, biometric authentication, etc timely and safely.
Moreover, driven by market requirement and customer demand, Telpo broke through the technology obstacle, widely applied new technology like big data, IoT, AI and expanded its product lines.

This year, Telpo totally launched 14 temperature screening devices (TPS980T, TPS980G, TPS530T, B5, etc), 4 SmartFace IP66 face recognition outdoor terminals (F2, F6, F8, F10), 2 multi-modal biometric terminals (S8, S10), mini cash register D12 and self-service kiosk K5 this year.

This year, Telpo became a vice president company of Smart Security Chamber of Commerce, obtained CNAS National Laboratory Accreditation Certificate and Innovative Products Award. From upgraded industry position, national-level laboratory ability to recognized product strength, Telpo is moving forward step by step.
With the mission to create a colorful future life, Telpo has created 420+ ODM projects and set up 28+ service networks, Sri Lanka and Hong Kong branch and India office to provide timely and effective consulting services.
Up to now, Telpo products have covered 100+ countries, 5000+ customers around the world, which widely applied in smart payment, smart transportation, smart community, smart restaurant, smart school, face recognition temperature measurement, government election, SIM registration and other scenes. Considering preliminary temperature screening is the first and necessary step in epidemic prevention, Telpo mobilized employees to develop facial recognition thermometer and temperature measuring solutions as early as the end of January, and started volume production within one month.
Telpo temperature screening solutions assisted China, Japan, South Korea, Asia, Europe, the United States, Africa and other countries do well in anti-pandemic and safely resume work and production.
Besides, in the first instance of knowing the shortage of medical supplies, Telpo donated thousands of N95 standard masks and protective clothing to overseas friends.
